What owners ask us first.
How do families pay, and who marks it paid?
Families pay your UPI ID by QR or UPI app, with the amount filled in, and enter the payment reference. You check it arrived and tap confirm: the fee is marked paid and the receipt goes out. Cash and bank transfers are recorded the same way.
We have everything in a spreadsheet. How do we start?
Send it to us. We set up your batches and fees and bring your students across, then you invite families one by one on WhatsApp.
Is it only for basketball?
No. Batches, fees, attendance and coaching notes work the same for any sport or class. Each academy gets starter drills for its own sport.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It’s yours. We hand it back on request, and families can always download their own from the app.
